I went down to the local climbing wall at the weekend.
As a result, my shoulders and arms suffered.
I really noticed how much harder it was than the last time I went and was a few years younger and a fair bit fitter!
If you feel the same, here's a cheap and easy way to start training your shoulders and core (essential for climbing).
Lidl and Aldi have TRX trainers in store at the moment and you can just fix it over a door (although some of these moves will require a more vertical fitting).
Great for yoga enthusiasts too!
