Thank you Guardian for de-demonising eggs.
I love eggs; they're a great source of protein and better for brekkie than sugary cereals.
Although I'm not entirely sure about the reliability of statements such as: 'There is plenty of anecdotal evidence of people who eat three or more eggs a day and feel fine.' That doesn't sound like something to base your decisions on!
But eggs ARE great. Just skip the bacon and sausages except on special occasions.
